"A Year of Dimension Extreme” Sweepstakes

Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The "A Year of Dimension Extreme” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 03/03/08 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 03/02/09 (the “Entry Period”). There are two ways to enter. (1) Go online during the Entry Period to www.dimensionextreme.com and sign up for the newsletter and you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries are limited to one per person/e-mail address per quarter. Multiple online entries from any person/e-mail address on any given day will be void. Proof of online entry submission does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. (2) To enter without signing up for the newsletter, hand-print your name, complete address (including zip code), date of birth and e-mail address on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it to: Dimension Extreme Sweepstakes, 401 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10016 Dept. RH. Limit one (1) entry per postmarked outer envelope. You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Quarterly Drawing for each mail-in entry. Please refer to Sweepstakes Drawing Schedule herein for dates by which entries must be postmarked by and received by for each drawing. Limit one (1) quarterly entry per person/e-mail address/household per quarter and four (4) entries per person/e-mail address/household for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, late or postage due entries or surveys are void. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. (Genius Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Eastwest Marketing Group and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, franchisees, partners, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility for lost, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, delayed, undelivered, garbled, or late entries, or for entries that fail to enter into the Sponsor’s processing system, or that are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost or misdirected for any reason nor for any other error, problem or malfunction of any kind, whether computer, network, telephone, paper transfer, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, that may occur in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors, problems or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for the inability to access any website associated with the Sweepstakes. Entries are void if generated by script, macro or other automated means.

2. PRIZE STRUCTURE: Grand Prize (Four Total, One per Quarter): Every new release movie from Dimension Extreme on DVD for one year, defined from date of drawing. (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each prize: $500). The total ERV of all prizes is $2,000. The prizes are only as detailed above, with no substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. For all prizes, winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with any prize acceptance and use not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, including without limitation, installation. Limit one (1) prize per person/e-mail address.

3. PRIZE DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing every quarter on or about 06/09/08, 09/08/08, 12/08/08, 03/09/09 from among all eligible entries received of the respective quarter. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING SCHEDULE

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least 18 years of age). VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS. Employees, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of Genius Products Inc. (“Sponsor”), Eastwest Marketing Group, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, franchisees, partners, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and independent judges which are final and binding.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be contacted by email. Potential winners will be required to execute and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, applicable tax releases and publicity release (unless prohibited) within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance. If any potential winner fails to return the properly signed affidavit and releases or other prize documentation within the specified time period, or chooses to decline a prize for any reason, or fails to comply with any other requirements, the prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Noncompliance with these Official Rules, return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use each winner’s name, city and state of residence and likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer (including hardware or software) relating from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, actions, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of or in connection with: (1) entering the Sweepstakes; (2) acceptance or use of any prize; or (3) anything related to the Sweepstakes, whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), strict liability, product liability, contribution, or any other theory. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual, and/or terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In such case, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the drawing prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entrant will be deemed the “registered subscriber” of the e-mail account at issue. The “registered subscriber” shall be deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, available after 04/30/09, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Dimension Extreme Winners, 401 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10016 Dept RH. Requests must be received by 05/30/09.
